Alphonso Mango Pulp
Hapus Aam Ras
Pressed from GI-tagged Alphonso (Hapus) mangoes grown in the coastal Ratnagiri and Devgad belt of Maharashtra's Konkan, where volcanic, laterite soil gives the fruit its saffron flesh and heady perfume. Aseptically packed without preservatives to hold that ripe-season sweetness all year. Pour over kulfi and pancakes, blend into lassi, mousse and ice cream, or spoon neat as aamras with hot puris.

Questions
- Is Hapus the same as Alphonso mango?
- Yes. Hapus is the Marathi name for the Alphonso mango. Both refer to the same GI-protected variety grown in the Konkan belt of Maharashtra.
- Does the pulp contain preservatives or added colour?
- No. It is aseptically heat-treated and sealed in sterile cans, which preserves the fruit naturally without any preservatives, artificial flavours or colour.
- How should I store it once opened?
- Unopened cans keep for up to 24 months at ambient temperature. Once opened, transfer to an airtight container, refrigerate and use within a few days, or freeze in portions.
