Questions

Is Totapuri the same as Alphonso mango pulp?
No. Totapuri is a larger, tangier processing variety with abundant pulp and a tart-sweet edge, ideal for lassi, brewing and sauces. Alphonso is sweeter, richer and more aromatic. This is dedicated Totapuri pulp, chosen for its balance and body.
Does the pulp contain added sugar or colour?
No. It is single-variety Totapuri pulp, thermally processed and aseptically sealed to retain natural colour and flavour, with no added sugar or artificial colour. Sweeten to taste in your own recipe.
How should I store it once opened?
Unopened, the aseptic pack keeps for around 24 months at ambient temperature. Once opened, refrigerate and use within a few days, or freeze in portions for longer keeping.
